“Low Self-Efficacy” and Your Personal “Bumper Sticker” – What Does It Say?

People with “low self-efficacy” – otherwise known as believing you can’t do what you need to – can have a harder time starting or finishing things. That’s because the messages that we consciously and unconsciously tell ourselves shape our idea of “truth.” And these messages can become like our personal bumper stickers. After a while, we stop questioning what they say. If the message is a negative one, it can get in the way of us starting or completing things we’d otherwise like to accomplish.

Ask yourself what yours says.
